Potato Salad
•10lb white potatoes
•Yellow mustard
•Evaporated milk
•Hard boiled eggs, chopped
•Dill pickles, minced
•Salt & pepper
Peel, cube and cook potatoes.
Mix mayo, mustard, and ~ 1 tablespoon of evaporated milk to make a dressing.
Add in eggs and pickles, garnish with salt & pepper.
Enjoy!
