Asian Cole Slaw

Summer time means salads, and this is always a crowd pleaser!
SALAD:
2 bags of shredded cabbage
1 Cup slivered almonds
1 Cup sunflower seeds
1 bunch green onions, sliced
2 pkg. chicken Ramen noodles, broken but uncooked (*save seasoning!)

DRESSING:
1 Cup vegetable oil
1/2 Cup sugar
1/3 Cup white vinegar
2 chicken flavor seasonings from Ramen noodles

In a bowl, mix cabbage, almonds, sunflower seeds, onion and crushed uncooked noodles.
In a separate bowl, mix together dressing ingredients and let stand for 30 minutes.  Pour dressing over mix and refrigerate until ready to eat.
*Some recipes say you can let it sit for up to 24 hrs, but this is so much better about 3 hrs after making.
